Deuces (“the App”) is a multiplayer card game available as an iMessage extension (and related host app). This policy explains what information we process when you use the App and our game servers.
We use the information above solely to provide multiplayer gameplay, prevent abuse, debug outages, and improve reliability. Game sessions are ephemeral and stored in server memory while active; they are not used to build marketing profiles.
We do not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure providers (currently hosting on Render) that process data on our behalf to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and integrity of the service.
Active game state is kept only while a match is in progress (or until the server restarts). Routine server logs are retained for a limited operational period and then deleted.
The App is a casual card game and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can stop using the App at any time. Because we do not maintain accounts, deleting the App removes local preferences on your device. Contact us to request deletion of any residual log data we can reasonably locate.
Our servers may be located in the United States. By using the App, you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
